How do I log a support ticket through Email?

Solution

Customer can also log service and support tickets through email. Please provide as much information as you can while logging tickets through email. Following information must be included in the email to reduce troubleshooting and response time:

  • Product Name:
  • Product Model:
  • Product Serial No / S. Tag No. required
  • Brief Description of problem.
  • Requester Name:
  • Requester Contact No. required
  • Requester Email Address.

Following email address can be used to log a support ticket through email:

  • support@servideas.net
