How do I log a support ticket through telephone

Solution

Customer can make a phone call to our central facility to log a service and support call.

The facility is available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM on the following phone nos.

Please provide following information while logging a service and support call through telephone:

 

  • Requester Name:
  • Requester Contact No.
  • Requester Email Address.
  • Brief Description of problem
